Tess Ezzy is a multidisciplinary artist, poet, writer and social worker based between Sydney, Canberra. The founder of The Moody Project, Tess transforms emotion into intricate fibre art, poetry, and creative therapy experiences for neurodivergent minds. With a background in English literature, psychology, and change management, she weaves together lived experience, myth, and memory to explore themes of matrescence, ADHD, feminist ecology, and storytelling. Her work has been published, exhibited, and shared across community, academic, and digital spaces.
