OPEN ACCESS POLICY

• All issues of Eleventh Hour will be available for open access immediately upon publication as hosted through the Binghamton University Libraries. 

The Policy

In following The State University of New York at Binghamton’s strategic goals, Eleventh Hour Literary is dedicated to creating and sustaining an environment that supports creative activities. Therefore, Eleventh Hour Literary commits to the widest dissemination of our creative pieces, contributing our publication to a wider audience, and acknowledging the products of our journal as a public good. With improved discovery and more readership, Eleventh Hour Literary recognizes the benefits of open-access creative efforts: their positive impact on individual contributors and on the lives, health, knowledge, and work of our local and global communities. Each Eleventh Hour Literary contributor grants to the Binghamton University Libraries permission to make available their creative work. More specifically, each contributor grants to Binghamton University Libraries a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to exercise any and all rights under copyright relating to each of their creative works, in any medium, provided that the articles are not sold for a profit, and to authorize others to do the same. The policy applies to all creative work.
